We loaded this PVC pipe making machine with auto PVC pipe belling machine into two set 40HQ containers and ship to our customer from India.
Our Indian customer prefered the parallel twin screw extruder for PVC pipe production, though conical screw extruder also can have good performance, we produced this parallel twin screw extruder with 78mm diameter twin screws and LD33:1, the gearbox is high torque type, motor power is 55KW, AC motor. This customer produce from 110mm to 200mm PVC pipes with rectangle type belling and U shape belling. This PS78/33 parallel twin screw extruder could produce max 350-400kg/h output.
After loading the 200mm PVC pipe making machine to the containers, we also fixed the machines well in the containters, to prevent the move of machines during transportation. Our customers will receive the machines in good conditions.
