One set 75-250mm HDPE pipe making machine and one set 250-500mm HDPE pipe making machine line ready in our workshop for delivery to one same customer. The 250mm HDPE pipe making machine adopts SJ60/38 high efficient single screw extruder with 110KW motor, and the 500mm HDPE pipe machine line adopts SJ90/38 high efficient single screw extruder with 250KW motor. Both the line has one set 9m long vacuum calibration tank and one set 9 m long cooling tank. The big motor power could guarantee the HDPE pipe making machine line to produce high output HDPE pipes, the longer vacuum and cooling tank could make round shape pipes with good cooling to keept round shape. The 250mm HDPE pipe machine use 3 claw haul off and the 500mm HDPE pipe machine uses 6 claw haul off machine, both the two machine has dust-free cutting machine with Siemens PLC and ABB inverter control.
The extruders are both equipped with ABB inverter for speed control, the temeperature controller is from Ormon and contactor is from Siemens.
